Metabolic Health

Lauren Sambataro FDN-P

Lauren Sambataro, FDN-P, FMHP, CHEK, is a Functional Mental and Metabolic Health Practitioner, CHEK Movement Coach, and co-host of The Biohacker Babes Podcast. As an emcee for Hack Your Health, Lauren brings both clinical expertise and dynamic stage presence to the event, guiding audiences through conversations centered on metabolic health, functional diagnostics, and sustainable wellness transformation.

Lauren specializes in metabolic health optimization through functional lab testing, cognitive behavioral science, and integrative health coaching. Her approach bridges physiology and psychology, translating data-driven insights into practical behavior change. By focusing on nervous system regulation, cellular communication, and metabolic resilience, she helps individuals move beyond symptom management toward long-term health optimization.

Before transitioning into functional health, Lauren spent 12 years performing on Broadway in the musical Wicked, bringing more than 16 years of professional movement education experience into her clinical practice. Her work honors the interconnected relationship between the physical body, emotional patterns, and belief systems that shape health outcomes. Guided by the philosophy that the body already knows how to heal when given the right signals, she supports clients in identifying and shifting internal narratives that may limit their healing potential.

Lauren has been featured in MSN’s Top Women in Biohacking and Biohackers Magazine and has spoken on stages across the United States. She has appeared as a guest on leading health and wellness podcasts, sharing her expertise in functional medicine, metabolic health strategies, and personalized wellness protocols.

She primarily works one-on-one with women ages 35 to 45 experiencing anxiety, low energy, and burnout, helping them restore metabolic balance, rebuild resilience, and reclaim ownership of their long-term health.
