We strive to ensure you, and all attendees have an amazing experience!

EXPECTATIONS

  • Work shifts as assigned (minimum of (2) 4 hour shifts).

  • Orientation is Thursday, November 13th at The Tampa Convention Center. Time TBD. Attend for training, a venue tour, your event badge, and volunteer shirt.

  • Check in with your Volunteer Coordinator by the time listed on your shifts. Be sure to allow time for traffic, parking and walking.
  • Be present for all assigned shifts. (Your volunteer badge will be voided if you miss a shift).
  • Communicate with your Volunteer Coordinator if there are any issues, so they can be resolved quickly.
  • Hack Your Health is a drug and alcohol free event. Arrive sober and drug free.
  • During your shifts we require you remain in your assigned area.
  • Take care of personal needs before or after your shift. You are encouraged to keep your Hack Your Health water bottle with you for hydration.

ATTIRE

  • Hack Your Health is a family friendly event, so please be mindful when selecting your clothing. The Convention Center is air conditioned but the temperature can vary from zone to zone within the venue.

  • Comfortable shoes

  • Wear your provided volunteer shirt when actively working. To avoid confusing attendees, please have a non-volunteer shirt to change into when not on duty.
  • You are expected to be clean and well-groomed.
