Hack Your Health does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Any and all payments made to Hack Your Health are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use Hack Your Health tickets due to illness, failure to exhibit due to acts of God, emergency disaster declarations, travel-related problems, and/or acts of terrorism.

Tickets are transferrable. If you have registered to attend Hack Your Health 2024 and are unable to attend, you have the option transfer your ticket to another person. Transfers will be accommodated until April 1, 2024.

To transfer your ticket, email help@hackyourhealth.com with your confirmation number, along with the full name, email address and cell phone number of the new ticket holder.
