Code Of Conduct

  1. Hack Your Health is a family-friendly event and we ask that all customers be considerate of other attendees.
  2. Children of all ages are welcome to attend, however, they must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety.
  3. Unaccompanied children will not be allowed entry.
  4. An official Hack Your Health receipt is required at registration to gain entry.
  5. All Student Tickets require an .edu email address for purchase, and a valid student ID for entry.
  6. Bags are subject to be searched at any time.
  7. Bring a refillable water bottle! There are FREE, filtered water fountains all around the venue. Save money and the environment!
  8. Attendees should wear appropriate shoes for all activities and/or walking around the convention center. The distance betwen the Main Hall and the Breakout rooms is a significant walk (about 3 minutes at a brisk pace). An elevator is available to reach the Breakout rooms on the second floor.
  9. Hack Your Health has a zero-tolerance harassment policy. This includes, but is not limited to: physical assault, verbal harassment, sexual harassment, stalking, unwanted physical contact, unwanted advances, or inappropriate photography.
  10. Offering product for sample and/or product for sale is limited solely to Hack Your Health exhibitors and sponsors. Any individual or product manufacturer who is not an exhibitor or sponsor found violating this policy will be expelled from the conference immediately, with no refund.
  11. By attending Hack Your Health, you agree to allow Q1 Productions, LLC to use your image, whether in photography or videography, on our website and/or other advertising materials. For more information, see our Waiver of Rights and Liability for Hack Your Health Video and Photography.
  12. Conference participants who violate these policies may be expelled from the conference with no refund.
  13. Hack Your Health reserves the right to refuse entry and service to anyone.
