Courtney Luna
Courtney Luna is a carnivore content creator, former yacht chef, and homeschooling mother who shares her journey toward optimal health through a meat-based diet. After decades of yo-yo dieting and disordered eating, Courtney found lasting results by adopting a carnivore lifestyle. She lost 60 pounds, discontinued medications for depression and anxiety, cleared chronic acne, and ended more than 25 years of unhealthy patterns around food.
With a background in professional cooking, Courtney brings creativity and practicality to the carnivore diet, proving that a meat-based way of eating can be both satisfying and sustainable. Her approach emphasizes freedom from carb and sugar addiction, reducing food obsession, and building a healthier relationship with eating—especially for those who have struggled with restrictive dieting in the past.
In January 2026, Courtney and her family sold their home in California, packed up their converted van, and began traveling full-time. Through her content, she demonstrates how a carnivore lifestyle can be maintained while raising a family, homeschooling, traveling, and living out of a van or Airbnbs. Her work offers real-world guidance for implementing a carnivore diet in everyday life, even under nontraditional circumstances.
Courtney shares her passion for food through innovative carnivore recipes designed to support long-term success. Her first cookbook, Carnivore in the Kitchen, was published on October 1, 2024, and reflects her mission to make a meat-based lifestyle accessible, nourishing, and sustainable for others on their own health journey.
