Bee Cee is a metabolic health advocate, health coach, and creator of Girl Gone Carnivore, where she inspires thousands by sharing her personal journey of overcoming chronic digestive issues, joint pain, inflammation, GERD, PMDD, PTSD, and other long-standing health challenges through nutrition, metabolic healing, and lifestyle change.

Driven by her own transformation, Bee is passionate about helping others understand the powerful connection between mindset, metabolic health, nutrition, and resilience. Her message encourages individuals to take ownership of their health by embracing progress over perfection and recognizing that lasting change begins with hope, consistency, and personal responsibility.

As a Dr. Kiltz Certified Health Coach, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and competitive powerlifter, Bee combines her lived experience with practical coaching strategies to help others build strength—both physically and mentally. She believes that healing extends far beyond food alone and is supported through movement, community, purpose, and developing a resilient mindset.
