Health Storytelling & Lifestyle Transformation

Jonathan Ramalho

Jonathan Ramalho is the founder of The Longevity Network, director of the documentary Beyond The Pill, and founder of MC² Studios, a creative agency dedicated to health, wellness, and longevity. With more than 15 years of experience developing campaigns for leading organizations including CBS News, Reuters, and The Economist, Jonathan has built a career around the power of storytelling to educate, inspire, and drive meaningful change.

After experiencing a life-changing health crisis, Jonathan redirected his passion toward understanding how lifestyle, mindset, and everyday habits can transform long-term health. That journey became the foundation for Beyond The Pill, a compelling documentary that follows his path from recovery to performance and ultimately prevention through four essential pillars: Food, Mood, Move, and Sleep.

Through The Longevity Network, Jonathan helps people navigate today’s rapidly evolving world of health and wellness by translating complex ideas into practical, actionable strategies for living longer, healthier lives. His work emphasizes personal responsibility, sustainable lifestyle change, and the belief that lasting health is built through the choices we make every day.

Currently on its global premiere tour, Beyond The Pill features conversations with leading voices in health and longevity, including Wim Hof, Prof. Tim Spector, Marisa Peer, Davinia Taylor, Dr. Matt Dawson, Dr. Mohammed Enayat, Dr. Simon Ruffell, and Michael “Venom” Page.

At Hack Your Health 2026, Jonathan will present the Florida premiere of Beyond The Pill, followed by a live audience Q&A exploring the inspiration behind the film, the lessons learned throughout his journey, and the practical framework that continues to shape his approach to lifelong health and vitality.
