Dr. Bill Schindler PhD
Dr. Bill Schindler is an internationally recognized archaeologist, primitive technologist, chef, and author of Eat Like a Human: Nourishing Foods and Ancient Ways of Cooking to Revolutionize Your Health. He is the founder of the Modern Stone Age Food Lab and co-owner of the Modern Stone Age Kitchen in Chestertown, Maryland, where he and his wife Christina prepare nutrient-dense foods entirely from scratch using traditional techniques that enhance safety, bioavailability, and nutrition. Dr. Schindler also co-starred in the National Geographic series The Great Human Race, which aired in 171 countries, and continues to educate audiences worldwide through research, teaching, writing, and storytelling.
