Mary Roberts
Mary Roberts is a certified Eating Disorder Peer Counselor, Primal Health Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Strength & Conditioning Coach with over a decade of experience helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. She is also a Women’s Strength Training Coach and has been food sober for more than 12 years, following her personal recovery from bulimia, binge eating disorder, and compulsive overeating.
Mary’s journey to health and wellness was shaped by significant adversity. Prior to adopting a real-food lifestyle, she struggled not only with eating disorders, but also with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, psoriasis, asthma, allergies, sleep apnea, and chronic fatigue. Through sustainable lifestyle change, Mary lost over 100 pounds, became medication-free, maintains a non-diabetic A1c, and restored her overall health.
Today, Mary’s true calling is helping others move from food addiction to food freedom. Her work focuses on breaking the cycle of food obsession and emotional eating by addressing the root causes of disordered eating behaviors. Through compassion, lived experience, and practical tools, Mary empowers individuals to reclaim control, build resilience, and create a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.
