Jenny Mitich is a carnivore educator, author, and health advocate known for helping people improve their metabolic health, simplify nutrition, and regain control of their wellbeing through a meat-based lifestyle. After struggling with severe anxiety, depression, and excess weight, Jenny used the Carnivore Diet to lose more than 50 pounds and dramatically transform her physical and mental health.
Today, Jenny shares her personal journey and practical insights with thousands through her educational content focused on carnivore nutrition, metabolic health, and data-driven self-experimentation. A long-term carnivore and full-time content creator, she is recognized for her relatable, no-fluff approach and her philosophy that people should “know their numbers” by tracking key health markers and learning how their bodies respond to food and lifestyle choices.

Jenny is the author of Complete Carnivore, released in 2025, a practical guide designed to help readers confidently transition to a carnivore lifestyle while understanding the science and strategy behind metabolic healing. She is currently working on her second book.
