About Plainview Beef
Plainview Beef was started by fourth-generation cattle ranchers with one goal: improve human health at scale. They worked backward from there to raise the most nutrient-dense beef they could, with great flavor, tenderness and consistency along the way.
They call the approach Biohacked Bovine. Plainview controls every input, including finishing cattle on wheatgrass sprouts it grows itself, then tests the finished products for nutrients and toxins and shares the results, rather than chasing labels like organic, grass-fed or all natural.
