Running Technique Instruction & Low-Impact Sprint Drills
Join Brad Kearns for a dynamic outdoor clinic designed to help you run with better technique, less impact, and greater efficiency. Through practical low and medium-impact drills, Brad will show you how to improve your running mechanics and safely progress toward more confident sprinting.
About This Experience
A dynamic and interactive clinic on how to run with correct technique and safely integrate low-impact sprinting drills and eventually higher-impact sprinting into your fitness regimen.
Running can be exhausting and lead to chronic overuse injuries when poor technique is repeated over time. In this interactive outdoor movement clinic, Brad Kearns will teach you how to run with more efficient biomechanics and less impact trauma.
You’ll learn how to “run like a deer” by developing lighter, smoother movement patterns and practicing a variety of safe, fun, and challenging technique drills. The session focuses on low and medium-impact exercises that reinforce proper running mechanics while creating a gradual path toward greater sprinting competency.
Rather than jumping directly into high-impact sprinting, Brad will show you how to build the technique, coordination, and confidence needed to progress safely and effectively.
Open to enthusiasts of all levels, the clinic is self-paced and involves only mild exertion, making it an approachable way to improve your running technique and begin incorporating sprinting into your fitness routine.
